Besides appearance, having the right amount of mulch is critical to the health of your landscape plantings. It helps keep moisture in the ground by the plants root system while organically decomposing over time giving nutrients back to the soil. Beds should be topped off each season with a thin layer rather than mounding up the beds every few years. Three to four inches is usually desired in most beds. Mulch also helps prevent weeds from germinating and becoming eye soars.

Tree & Shrub Care

We offer complete tree & shrub care programs as well as trimming and pruning. Whether they could benefit from our tree cutting service or shrub trimming, we know what it takes to keep your trees healthy and looking vibrant. Call us for a Free Estimate.

Seasonal Clean Up

We offer full service clean ups as part of our yard maintenance services. Our full service clean ups include the removal and disposal of all your undesirable lawn refuse. At the time of clean ups, we often encourage our customers to sign up for shrub pruning and perennial bed clearing as it is a good time to prune and clear out beds.

Drainage Solutions

Once we understand the problems, we'll discuss available drainage correction options with you and let you know approximate costs and the pros and cons of each option. Maybe we need to reslope the property so it pitches away from the home. Perhaps a rain garden can capture your stormwater and infiltrate it onsite or a swale is necessary to move water along the property line. Other solutions are more complex and involve drains, underground pipes, and other methods of collecting, conveying and directing rain water. We love talking about any of your lawn care needs. Call us today and we will come out to your property for a Free Estimate!
